Rental of the museum for special events and private functions includes:
- Full access throughout the museum
- Tour guides (upon request)
- Use of Den area, parking lot and adjacent grounds
- Use of facility inventory
- On-site parking
- An event coordinator
- On-site supervisor
- Gift shop attendant (upon request; minimum purchase required)
- One security guard from the Mobile Police Department
- Cleaning before and after event
Rental period is for a maximum of 7 hours - 4 hours for event, 2 hours to set-up, 1 hour to break-down.
Evening Rental Rate- (As of July 1, 2023)
Monday - Thursday - $1,750.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $2,000.00
Extra Hour $200.00 per hour
Block Party Option (permit, extra police, exterior set) $500.00
NOTE:
As of 3/18/24 this option requires an application process through
the City of Mobile Special Events department at least 120 days prior to the
event. And additional charges may apply based on application requests.
Facility Inventory Includes:
- Fifteen (15) 60" round tables
- Six (6) 6'x30" tables
- One (1) 8'x30" table
- 150 Black padded seat chairs
- Themed rolling bar
- Four (4) Bistro Tables 30 inch diameter – adjustable height
