Evening Rental for Private Parties

Rental of the museum for special events and private functions includes:

  • Full access throughout the museum
  • Tour guides
  • Use of Den area, parking lot and adjacent grounds
  • Use of facility inventory
  • An event coordinator
  • On-site supervisor
  • Gift shop attendant (if requested),
  • One security guard from the Mobile Police Department
  • Cleaning before and after event

  • Rental period is for a maximum of 7 hours - 4 hours for event, 2 hours to set-up, 1 hour to break-down.

Evening Rental Rates (4 hour function) $1,500.00

Extra Hour $150.00 per hour
Exterior setup $100.00
Block Party Permit and extra Police $200.00

Facility Inventory Includes:
  • Fifteen (15) 60" round tables
  • Six (6) 6'x30" tables
  • Two (2) 8'x32" table
  • 150 Black padded seat chairs
  • Themed rolling bar
  • Four (4) Bistro Tables 30 inch diameter – adjustable height
